    Tonight's shave was with a freshly honed and partially restored razor. 2 pass shave with almost BBS results. Only one weeper.

    Razor- "Philadelphia Works Celebrated American Razor" "Set Ready For Use, And Universally Approved" 1/4 Wedge
    Brush- B400 By Tom
    Soap- ARKO/Sandalwood
    Aftershave- Shulton Old Spice. MMMMM MMMMM Good.

    Tonight's shave was with an old Wade & Butcher Straight razor, and a testing of a DeHaven Shake Sharp blade adapter, for a modern Injector blade. @twhite made the adapter. The Dehaven worked well, and its on the mild side, no fault of the blade, just the razor design. The Injector blade was held in tightly and performed well. I did a WTG and ATG on one side of my cheek/jaw. It needed a three pass shave to get BBS.
    I did a two pass shave with the Wade & Butcher, WTG and XTG. This blade is a full wedge, very silent, and smooth, like it's not cutting. I even went over the Dehaven area, and obtained a BBS shave, all over. Awesome old razor 150 yr old razor.

    Razors- Wade & Butcher Sheffield England. Full Wedge
    DeHaven Shake Sharp
    Brush- Vintage Oceans Boar
    Soap- ARKO/Sandalwood
    Aftershave- Pinaud Clubman P4040817.JPG

    SOTD: Lovely morning shave using this vintage 5/8" Sheffield rattler from Frederick Reynolds; Soap Commander 'Fortitude' soap and mentholated aftershave balm, Brad Sears Shave Works silvertip beauty. Great lather, great brush and a quick n' nimble razor! Have a happy Hump Day, all!
