Tonight's shave was with an old reliable razor. I own a couple of these, and they are always fantastic razors. I had a smooth 2 pass shave, with near BBS results. Zero issues. Straight as an arrow, takes a fine edge, and easy to hone. What's not to like about this brand.

    Razor- W.H.Morley & Son's. Clover Brand Razor.
    Brush- Omega 10098 Boar
    Soap- Arko/Avon Spicy scented
    Aftershave- Shulton Old Spice

    Thanks, I was feeling green.

It shaved nicely, like you the more I use smiling razors the more I like them. The edge was smooth but I wish it was a little sharper. I have a tough beard and for the last pass I like my blades very sharp. After another shave I'll touch it up on my Shapton glass 16k and I'm sure it will be right where I want it. It looks better than I expected, the workmanship is impressive and the razor is perfectly balanced. I'm glad you inspired me to get this razor.

Those NOS big Dorko razors go for big bucks. Does it look as good in real life as in the pics? Is it a light or heavy razor? Is it a full hollow grind?

This is a great shaving razor. Finally rescaled it though it's not 100% finished. The blade is mirror finished but it's reflecting the wood grain from the table.
Keithmax had an excellent edge on this blade. I just gave it a bit of a touch up after rescaling. Have a good one.
