Been having issues with this razor, not as clean cutting as when I go it from Morgan so I took it to my stones. 5k no name Japanese 10k Naniwa and finished it up on my LaRoccia finisher. The shave test will tell me f I have enough skills to maintain a vintage blade.

Three pass perfect shave. This is one of my favorite straights, it’s almost like the smile on this razor makes the clean up on my neck and under my jaw easy. 884DA652-6FE3-4EB0-A0EF-EC57E3E4D413.jpeg

Yes, it’s amazing to think how different the world is since this razor was made.

Day 5, using this American made, Plated Razor. No degradation in the edge, it just seems as sharp as ever, and is getting smoother. It left me with a near BBS shave, without touch-ups.

    Razor- "The Palmer 41". Chicago
    Brush- Wilkinson Sword Boar.
    Soap- Arko/Sandalwood Scented

It is bigger than it looks. Tomorrow I will take a picture of it with the old primary storage unit, which will function in case of any overflow. Of course, this would be inadequate for Brian, @mrchick

    Thursday's Shave

    4/8 Hellberg Straight
Was feeling a little stressed due to very tough work week.
This morning shave really refreshed me and perked up my day,
Shave was nearly perfect .This little Swedish girl removed whisker with almost no effort .The blade just glided across my face with no resistance .My face was almost smooth as a baby Dolphin.
Just can not beat Swedish Steel and Talbac in the morning .

Just got this Russian straight in today from @M14Shooter !

Gravjura Russian razor, I think I saw the name from a previous post. Correct me if I'm wrong.
JR 316 Two band badger. Shed three hairs. Doing great!
    Cella
Alum block and Nivea Sensitive Balm.

This blade took a little fiddling to find the angle it preferred. So the WTG pass was rough at first but smoothed out once we came into agreement. After that, smooth sailing! Barely any irritation. I'm liking it!

Setting up my second shave den in the mountains, I need to get more supplies to complete that task. My wife thinks I am insane, but she is a trooper as always.
