I am liking this razor very easy to shave with, my usual right jaw line cut... no nicks
left/left right/right hand technique clean up with '46 crat...it was a very comfortable shave for me.
    Take care.

I finally took some time to shave with my straights this weekend. Saturday was my Grand Father's Wosti Canuck, and today was the Wostie Celebrated.

The canuck needs a trip to the hone, the shave was tugging and not terribly close, but I still enjoyed it.

A much better edge on the Celebrated lead to a smoother, more comfortable shave today.

I didn't like the blue handle I'd made for this brush so I changed it out with a tweak to the loft and hole size. This will be the last of my personal 10049's for a while. 3 should be enough and I'm tired of breaking them in. The blade pictured was picked up for $10 with broken scales and has always been an exceptional shaver. Have a good one.

Sweet brush (I REALLY like your acrylic handles!) and a beauty razor, what a find for 10 bucks! The scales are perfect for the blade-Nice Work!

I haven't shaved it four days and am trying to get past the Gabby Hayes phase. I had a beard for twenty or so years. Each morning as I'm brushing my teeth, I keep thinking "should I shave or should I try a beard again".

Once you start, its hard to stop. Applies both to growing a beard and wet-shaving. Quite the dilemma, Robert! ;)
I'll be sprouting a mustache for the month of November (Movember), which will take some getting used to. I had a 'stash for about 20+ years before losing it about 8 years ago as it turned grey….
