Meatball Stroganoff My daughter has been begging me to make it for a while. We put it over rice, but if noodles are already made, they will do fine. It's a family favorite, with my kids, wife, and relatives, for 25+ years. Make a lot, freeze what you won't eat in the next week, and enjoy later in the year.
Last night I made the best Sloppy Joes. Homemade buns, and joes from a recipe, not a can. And a blueberry cobbler. Tonight is pot roast.
Goulash with ground beef and hot sausage. Tossed in couple bell peppers two big onions unfortunately we just ran out of portabella mushrooms.
Sounds great. I haven't made that in a while. I might make some this week. Then again, I usually make it when it is cold outside, but its been in the mid to high 80's this past week.
Lasagna I make this in bulk. Three 12x12 foil pans, and one lasagna pan. 6 lbs of ground beef, lots of cheeses, and a lot of time. I deep freeze the foil pans, and cook them later in the year, when the mood strikes.
Blue Corn Tortillas(homemade) Beef Tamales Refried Beans Mexican Rice Chicken Fajitas(homemade) Way too much food, but there are now leftovers for the week. I topped it off with a nice Shiner Beer.
Last night- baked pork chops, with rice. The basmati rice was mixed with garbanzo beans & some purple rice. Delish!
