What's for dinner tonight?

Hot dogs,home made dog sauce,cheese ,pimento cheese.followed by cherry pie.coffee .while waiting out a tornado watch/warning.

 

Couple of Nathan's hot dogs

 

Kale
White sweet potato
Small pork chop

 

Home made mac-n-cheese. Cooked in the stove top, then finished off by being baked.

Mashed green peas
Onions and Squash
Rice
Lamb leg steak

 

Everyone survived!

 

I did a quick pot of beef and mushroom spaghetti with angel hair pasta(for the wife,I prefer more substantial pasta)

 

Rice
Pintos
Tortillas
Chorizo
Fried eggs
Kale salad

 

You had me until Kale salad.
Now, a good mess of poke weed greens, and I'd be on that like a hungry dog on a bone.

 

SWMBO is making chili tonight! Finally getting cold enough to cook it.

Gonna use shredded cheese sour cream and a couple of crackers.

Her chili is very good, and the left overs are even better the next day!

 

Whole grain noodles(Pa. Dutch), turkey meatballs and sour cream. Lettuce on the side.

 

With how hungry I am right now, y'all may see the first cocker spaniel to reach orbit tonight after I devour this chili!

 

Veteran's day BOGO at Boston Market. Prime rib with creamed spinach and sweet potato casserole for sides.

 

When I was in Colorado this summer, I was introduced to "Pork Green Chili". Loved it.

Wife made split pea soup. One of my favorites.
I had a fresh ham bone to contribute which always makes for a good soup.
