Got a bottle of Penderyn Single malt scotch whisky from my work colleagues. It's made in Wales which is not known for their scotch but is fab. Made in Madeira casks giving it a warm sweet taste. Might have to have a few tonight
Hawkshead Breweray NZPA, New Zealand hops and New Zealand brewer. UK brewery?. A golden ale with hops forward, no malt sweetness that I can tell.
Got a nice glass of Woodford Reserve with 3 ice cubes. I can drink this stuff neat but I prefer it chilled. Best bourbon I've ever had.
Lavagulin. My wife bought me a bottle for my birthday. I'm in love. I've been a Glenlivet man for years, but now it's second place.
local beer "Happiness is a warm pun" double IPA. Motueka/Galaxy NZ hops. Wow, was that hoppy. Great combo. Brewmaster Jack in Holyoke, MA
I'm sipping some Clyde May's Alabama Style Whiskey. I hear they throw an apple into the barrel when they age it. It's got a great flavor profile with caramel and vanilla notes.
