Over the Christmas holiday i was at a high end bar and had a coctail called a Paper Plane. Then, on New Years eve, I threw a party where I made a variation of that drink that I liked even better, and proved to be a big hit.

1.0 oz Burbon.
0.5 oz Campari
0.5 oz Punt E Mes
1 oz fresh lime juice

I call it an Origami.

 

I had a Monkey Shoulder on the rocks.
