The Bruce works very well - actually better for face lathering than bowl lathering IMHO

I have put away my AoS "Genuine" Badger and have been using my RazoRock Plissoft 24/57 Bruce ever since I got it. I have only been face lathering, with no problems. This is a great brush.

On an earlier post, I mentioned that my favorite synthetic brush might change, and it has. It is most definitely my new brush, Jayaruh #156 with a 30mm Tuxedo knot. It produces great lather and oh so soft. Despite the large size of the handle, it's shape makes it an easy brush to hold on to.
