my cable modem died yesterday morning. And the cable company will not let me replace it on my own. Allegedly they are coming tomorrow to fix it.

Animal Lab Tech with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Have been doing this work as a contractor for about 8 years with various organizations till I landed this permanent gig with Uncle Sam. Coming up on two years soon. However, I maybe looking for some other type of work within the VA next year.

By the way, I am hesitant at times mentioning my work because it upsets the animal rights folks.

That's what it means to me also.
I like cows. They taste really good with mashed potatoes and gravy.

I have managed and advised the ultra high net worth crowd on their real estate for the past 30 years. Residential, commercial, land, income property portfolios, family compounds, you name it, I've dealt with it. I've taken a bit of a hiatus the past two years but would like to jump back into it and offer someone another 10 good years of my experience and expertise.
