I have managed and advised the ultra high net worth crowd on their real estate for the past 30 years. Residential, commercial, land, income property portfolios, family compounds, you name it, I've dealt with it. I've taken a bit of a hiatus the past two years but would like to jump back into it and offer someone another 10 good years of my experience and expertise.

I’m a project manager for a consulting engineering firm that specializes in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design for commercial, institutional, and governmental construction projects. I’ve been with my current company for the last 21 years. Construction is up now so times are good.
I've worked quality control for about 20 years for manufacturing and environmental; mix in to that about 20 plus years of construction work full time and on the side. Currently I'm a quality control technician for receiving in a protein powder manufacturer. I'm figuring on finishing a year there prior to moving on to either environmental or back to the ministry, but that said it's not in my hands.
