Really it doesn't matter for drying if it's bristles up or bristles down. All but one of my brushes sit on their handle - not a single issue with any of 'em.
Very good to know. It's just every single thing I have read since I started this venture said to always dry them upside down. All the sites dedicated to shaving say it will cause moister to go into the knot and do something and with this being a bamboo brush. Not that I don't believe you. I'm just stating what all I heard/read. I will surely listen to you. Thanks bud.
@Badger-Face Here are the arguments w/ rebutle: A - You gotta hang your brush bristles down so the moisture will drip to the tips and not into the knot. R - I have yet to see any moisture drip down to the tip of my brush. If no moisture is dripping to the tip facing down, it will not drip to the knot facing up. A - You gotta set your brush bristles up. Everyone knows moisture evaporates up. R - Then explain to me how the inside of a glass dries when I place it bottom up in the dish drying rack. Bottom line, if you shake out as much moisture as you can, give it a couple swishes on your towel, then store anyplace but in a closet or cabinet or other closed in space, your brush will dry just fine, bristles up or bristles down.
Awesome thanks. I always give it a shake then dry it on a towel then hang upside down. But, now at least with this one I'll just dry and place. I just only had what I read to go by. And worry about my new favorite brush you know.
