Hahaha maybe. I don't know why this video is their "marketing" I would have understood if the guy had bad skin, or something. But he didn't. And she put like an ounce of preshave oil on his face so how did she cut him?

 

In the video it looks like the Lather machine broke. Guess she couldn't be bothered to fix it.
What a great advert for their business.

 

Nobody cares about her chewing gum? It must be a pet peeve but it's tacky to me in a professional environment.
