    Too much water can happen. That's why I keep a bottle of unscented KMF handy. If the lather is too thin, a quick pump usually does the trick.

    If it's Wednesday, it is Williams Wednesday. I use it every Wednesday. It is one of just a few soaps I replace when I finish it off.

    John Beeman Little chicken in hot water

    Today's vintage Williams lather. I started in the mug and went to the bowl.
    Note that my water hardness is 23/24 gpg.

    There are so many wonderful soaps and only a limited number of shaves. Even expensive shaves cost pennies. Why limit myself to one that is only adequate?

    It does take time to get a good slick lather from the new Williams. But with bowl pressed Arko I get a great lather in 20-30 seconds depending on brush used, with long lasting moisturizing slick lather
