With Yaqi I've never had issues.
Strange that they never resolved this issue, there are 2 records of the purchase when going through Aliexpress. Aliexpress will always resolve any issues when they are contacted from my 2 experiences over the the last 4 years and they where resolved to my satisfaction at least. I think Aliexpress just boots companies off their site when issues are not resolved properly from my understanding. Contact Aliexpress maybe they still have the information in their historical records of that purchase and communication between Yaqi.
All I did is go to Aliexpress and they have a place to contact them on site, they will always want issues resolved between customer and company but they have a big club to have it resolved fairly, one purchase I recall was company sent the right shavette but the wrong razor blades and so I got the razor - blades price which was fair to me. You usually have 2 weeks after the time period has expired to finalize the purchase and after that it would be non-negotiable I believe, but if a company promised something through messages and it was not sent then Aliexpress will resolve it possibly even after the 2 week deadline through historical messages they have.

I have been waiting so long now that it seems like no one there on yaqi or Ali wants to help.... I guess I had too much patience.... Oh well...
Oh and here's the latest from Yaqi.... Now they are telling me the reference number THEY gave me is Not one of their numbers and that I need to provide them with a different number and I informed them that number is the one They gave me and I don't have another number other than the one they provided.. I have not ever seen a group of more disorganized people in my life !! I told them that it was not right to do this but have Not heard back from them since....
I can't find it is the problem I mean it's been several years since I dealt with them.. I was too patient with them... I sent them the reference number they gave me when referring to the case from back then dealing with them...
Oh and the number I gave them even includes their company info at the top of the page , So how could they say it's not theirs ?? I am about to just give up and write them off as a bad customer service company and just take the loss... I mean it's just frustrating !!
Has anyone sorted out the AC models from Ali that are avail now? Too many options for an AC -- are there differences other than materials and/or handles? Do standard handles fit their AC heads? Has anyone compared these to Shield AC razors? They're confusing, too, since on their Ali website, they don't list AC vs DE vs GEM as separate products -- but rather as different "colors" of the same product. Depending on the finish, you can order the parts separately, or buy a whole razor. I have a Shield DE -- I will probably contact them to find out if the handle from that is compatible with their AC head. I think they have different AC gaps -- it's hard to tell based on the way they organize their offerings on Ali. One pic of a "color" states 2 diffent gaps. I'm very confused. How do both compare to DSCosmetic's AC head?
