A little groggy here on my first full day back from the hospital after my fainting spell. However, Friday IS Friday, after all:

And I was glad that the YO.U hospital took good care of me the last 2 1/2 days, y'know?
HEY, they got nurses on the inside decent food(for a hospital)ALSO on the inside
Inside, Inside, nothing to say about the outside
Glad to be back here, resting, planning ahead for my "recovery" n talkinabout YO

Well, it's that day of the week again!!!

And now that I've been cleared to drive by my Primary Care Physician, I feel pretty great, y'know(although he also said I shouldn't go to the gym until the weather gets cooler...fall).
HEY, I'm gonna be stretching and toning my body on the inside, drivin on the outside
Inside, outside, I'll be satisfied on both sides
