If I could pick two it would be the Ogallala for the scent and CC for the burn(both of which I like). I dont think Ive found "the one" yet.
Damn, definitely don't have the aftershave diversity you guys have! I have the ubiquitous clubman, and then I have a tube of Boucheron which is a nice mild scent, but it lasts a long time.

Out of all of those I've only tried the Stirling Coniferous and the Bay Laurel. I really did like the Coniferous after first being a bit on the fence about it.
Most of these I got from my Father in law when he passed away. And most of the Avon A/S and Colognes I have had for a long time, one I got when my wife ordered Avon over the years.
Well maybe if i drive up to your neighborhood and buy you a cup of coffee I might ask for some. Might be cheaper to just get your recipe and make it myself
As much as I'd enjoy the visit, Patrick, I do think you'd enjoy the process of making your own Bay Rum. All it really takes is a few key ingredients, some time and voila!….

I do love the aftershaves but I limit myself to 5-6 at a time otherwise I would get out of control. Here's the current line up - Pinaud Lilac Vegetal. - Gabel's Bay Rum - Gabel's Lilac - Gabel's Stay Cool - Jeris Musk - Aveeno Fragrance Free aftershave lotion ( I use this after using the alcohol based splash, if I need a moisturizer. I really like both of the lilac scents, even though they are quite different. The bay rum is nice, no added scents (clove, cinnamon etc, just straight spicy bay rum).
So far all I have is AOS lavender post shave balm and Witchazel I spiked with tea tree oil, lime and eucalyptus essential oils I noticed a few of you have a lime and peppercorn listed, can someone desribe that? Anyone know It's there a brick and mortar store that might sell it So I could smell it before buying it?
I just received Clubman - Vanilla today and really like the scent. I've been wanting to try it for quite a long time and finally pulled the trigger and ordered it. I'm very glad I did. It still has the barbershop scent but a little more upscale and refined than regular Clubman.
I'm nowhere in the running with these lists. Heavens to Bettsy some are as long as War and Peace. Anyhow I've only been a DE razor fella for three years and my shorty list is this: Shulton Old Spice AS and Cologne (way back vintage) Old Spice Burley Old Spice Fresh Lime (India) Adidas edt Umbro edt FCUK edt Old Spice AS balm Mount Purious Jojoba oil (spiked with a touch of, yes you've already guessed, Old Stuff) Talcs Old Spice (Shulton) Old Spice Burley Pinaud Clubman Yes It's a short one but happy going old school. Cuz old's cool!
