Haha.. Who knows?! The problem was that the neck irritation was unbearable but the face was always perfect. After the laser hair removal though, this might be the last hurrah! ::
As soon as it gets here, I will post a few pics. I'm excited because the person who sold it to me had two so he gave me a really good price.

I'm constantly reshuffling my favorites. Today my personal ranking is: Tech SuperSpeed black handle U4 1974 SuperSpeed Red Tip C1 1957 NEW Slim Twist L4 1991-92 Eversharp (Schick Krona) 426M mid-60s Fat Boy F4 1960 Slim Adjustable H1 1962 Usually the Tech or NEW is at the top of my list but I've been on a Super Speed kick lately. I have about ten others I no longer use including two more SuperSpeeds. I'm trying to cut these eight to four. I have no rotation plan — I just choose one at random every morning. Richard
I only have a Merkur Futur so that is ofcourse my choice, I like it a lot! ...but I'm waiting for a few items that I've got off ebay (and a blade sampler from Connaught ), so I hope to "expand" my experiences
What a great thread. I’ve been shaving with a ‘50s SuperSpeed for about the last 6 months and after reading this thread it made me feel like I was stuck in a rut! So, this morning I used my Merkur Futur… it’s like getting reacquainted with an old friend. My favorite razor for shaving would have to be the ‘50s Gillette SuperSpeed with the flared TTO knob. My favorite for look and feel, but not for its shaving qualities would be my Gillette President; it looks like a beautiful piece of jewelry but it’s just a tad to aggressive for me.
Gillette Super Speed Blue Tip Gillette 60's Super Speed Gillette Tech all with a mild blade like Dorco or Crystal The Tech gives a very good shave, but makes me feel like I'm holding the blade in my fingers: very loud and too much feedback. Strange.
