Aarggh!! Fixed championships, meant to put champions. Autocorrect causes me about as many problems as it fixes!

 

The HOA neglected to send her a certified notice... So as soon as my attorney informed the property manager that he was about to be named in a lawsuit as an individual, he changed his tune in about ten seconds.

That's right, it made me so mad that I told my attorney I would foot the bill to file for her.

Ridiculous.

Same for me, but I think it's more fun to blame it on AL public schools.

I was a kid renting an apartment near Second Baptist in west Houston 98-00, didn't yet have HOA issues. I had no idea what fun it could be.

Here in CO, our HOA fined my next door neighbor 25 bucks for leaving his trash can out ~60min past removal deadline. Pretty sure I am glad I didn't have to answer that phone call.

They tried to fine me for a trailer I didn't own, and I literally went and made that guy look me in the eye. I'm 6-5 and was recruited to play D1 and 2 basketball as small forward. I am still at game weight.

Haven't heard from him since.

Well my daughters Highschool playoff run is over. We will get a small break before summer travel ball starts.

Pipe of the afternoon, John Aylesbury English Mixture in a Stefano. I really like this blend, but it burns rather quickly. This a fairly large capacity bowl, and I loaded it semi-firmly almost full. I got maybe a 50 minute smoke from it, hand holding mostly and sipping fairly slowly. Maybe a slight hydration would help.
