Careful.... Grant was a cigar guy... I gotta get me one of those..... I had a Bari and PA again today. I have been mostly cigar smoking for awhile now.
I thought he was a cigar guy, too and he was, but the book repeatedly mentions him smoking pipes - briars and Meerschaum. He smoked cigars more and more as he could afford them.
A lucky find in the wild. Antique store had 12 or 15 estate pipes for sale. I traded a couple old Flare tips (+/- $30 value). Requires extra long fuzzy cleaners. The long stem isn't suitable for driving. I do like the smaller bowl size. Tapatalk Via Kyocera
That Peterson looks larger than a System style. I like the metal to metal connection! Tapatalk Via Kyocera
That is new to me. All I ever knew was he was a heavy cigar smoker. About the only thing I liked about him. Yea you would have to rest it on the dash of the Ranger. Lol
It has been a long time since I posted here. This pipe was a Birthday gift. I smoked it for the first time today. The bowl was loaded with some C&D Sunday Picnic. It was a first for that, too. This is a fantastic blend. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
