I have been considering this thread and under the hate category I would have to say substitutes are on the list. For example: Saccharine and its ilk. Cool Whip Margarine Mrs. Butterworth's instead of real maple syrup. I generally will avoid a restaurant that puts margarine or fake maple in their tables.
The new RazoRock Classic and Valobra's Crema di Sapone Purissima are both veggie options in the same tradition as Cella. Ooh, sea urchin, yeah, I hate that too. Thought of some more hates Almond milk Quinoa-quit trying to make me eat this woman! Veggie burgers and anything vegetarian trying to pose as meat. Especially veggie burgers. Repulsive. Fake bacon- this is just simply wrong.

I totally agree. Heineken, Amstel, Jupiler and all that (in short: pilsner beers) . Blech... But those are drinks I hate. Not food.
