I have used a few Italian soaps and have yet to be disappointed in any of them. I like Cella as it lathers easy performs well. Good to use on mornings I work, as I'm pressed for time. Icolonaili is the slickest soap I've used. Some of my best shaves have been with Icolonaili. Panna Crema is another favorite of mine. Get some of the best shaves and the post shave feel is excellent too. Razorock Mudder Focker is a great soap too. Post shave feel is top notch.
Hey, i didn´t found a Thread especially for Saponificio Varesino soaps. So i will post it here. If there is a thread, than please push my post there. Today i saw a pic from SV, who will release a "new" soap the coming Friday (24.03.2017). It will be their Felce Aromatica scent in a whole new formulation. 4.3!!! With an Aluminum Tin. Here is pic: I´ve got the Information direct from SV. Greetings Thorsten
So in August, Herself and girlfriend are going to Italy for a wedding(I gotta stay back with the in-laws 87+94) What do you think I should ask for in the way of soaps and/or creams?
This was the one I started http://theshaveden.com/forums/threads/thoughts-on-saponificio-varesino-soaps.55375/
I only tried it because I got it in the Soap Pass Around Box and it was awesome!!! Lather smooth like silk and awesome. Mild scent though which, sometimes you desire.
FINE soaps works in concert with an Italian agent who helps produce their soaps now (recent batch, that is).
