My Supply Provision is the original version, which I kickstarted. I really like the look of the new black model and Version 2 was supposedly tweaked slightly for improved performance. However, my Version 1 already works very very well and I don't really need two. So far I have been good and not bought the black Version 2. Of course, it would be a perfect match to my newly refinished Delta Echo Ink model Gillette adjustables... I think the SOC boar is well broken in now. But it definitely will be after being used for a month straight during November...

OCtober 29, 2017 Wolfman OC Ti (0.74mm) with Triad Ti Aristocrat Personna 74 (14) Wild West Brushworks 30mm Tuxedo Reef Point Tranquility Fine Lavender Reef Point Tranquility is very similar to Cambridge & Oxford. Both have Peppermint over a background of Lavender. Three passes and touch ups ended in a near perfect shave. No time or desire to chase the baby today. A splash of Fine Lavender and I am off to visit my Mother. I hope everyone has a great Sunday.

October 29, 2017 Razor: Thick-Cap Ball-End OT Blade: Astra SP Brush: Razorock Plissoft 22 Cream: KMF fragrance-free Post: Alum, Listerine, WH A little over two years ago, I got my first OT, a 20's Thick Cap with spotty nickel plating. I was new to this journey and a bit afraid of it based on various comments I had read about OTs. Instead, I found it mild and efficient. (It wouldn't be until later that I'd learn that the aggressiveness comments apply more to the Thin Cap.) This shave, like that one, was efficient and issue-free.
