Hey Hey...that's awesome! Congrats Kerry. Both Andrew and Paul will be happy. I think you will enjoy that knot and find the tips to be super soft. It's more dense than a plisson. Be sure to add it to the tuxedo collective thread.
Here's one that I have coming inbound. It's a Wade and Butcher that looks to be pre 1890s. Can the age of it be determined by the logo? I put a real low bid as there were just 3 pictures of it on eBay. I was surprised I won it! It could use a cleaning, but looks to be in decent enough shape. I'm hoping that it's $10.50 well spent. We will see on Thursday!
Congrats Kerry, those sure are nice brushes. Glad to see you back too! Sent from my Galaxy S6 using Tapatalk
There are a few single twins, but that was the first thing i noticed. H seemed really embarassed not to see it before offering it for sale (or doing the scale work). He made it right, maybe he'll get a good shave with it.
Picked up this Gillette Goodwill for $20. It doesn't look too good but seems to be structurally very sound so am considering having it replated this month along with the other Goodwill I have.
Waiting on a tub of SC Fortitude, missed out on this scent last year and there were only 3 tubs left so I had to pull the trigger. Fortitude sounds like a amazing scent and the performance of SC is good also.
Just Ordered this Current Naniwa Professional Newer Version of the Naniwa Chosera 1 K Stone...I Just Don't Connect with the Naniwa 1 K Super Stone for Bevel Setting.. Billy..
I'm waiting on a TSD Shop order just placed a couple days ago. I was delighted to get it in before the closing. It's the Aftershave splash, and a Shaving soap, both with the added fragrance of Russian Leather.
I'm waiting on a c2 Gillette Flair tip. I found it on the Bay. And I couldn't say no to the price, $9 shipped. Sent from my LGLS775 using Tapatalk
I was waiting for my sample pack of blades until about an hour ago. Just arrived along with two new brushes. A Semogue boars hair and a Vie Long horse hair.
Over in 30 day Rule/Focus group Neal @NCoxSTL is working his way through every blade ever produced. He may offer opinions about the samples you received. You've got enough for some serious testing of your own. That one at the top left - generic Israeli's may be available at your local grocery store. Those are also packaged and sold as Personna Reds. I like them Feathers are another favorite of mine, known for their sharpness.
